Carrie Shea, President

Carrie has more than 25 years of strategy consulting experience working with both Fortune 500 and mid-market accounts in the consumer products, housewares, apparel, and retail sectors. She specializes in working at the Executive team level to produce pragmatic strategic plans that are both visionary and actionable while securing the support of both the Board and staff. Carrie has played key roles in the delivery of initiatives in areas such as: demand-driven growth strategy, globalization, go-to-market strategy, e-commerce, brand/category growth strategies, and consumer/shopper insight.

Carrie was previously the Founder and CEO of Griffin Strategic Advisors, a boutique strategy and operations consulting firm focused on helping organizations improve profitability and accelerate growth. After nearly four years of growing Griffin's client base and service offerings, Acosta acquired Griffin in early 2012 establishing Griffin as a key component of its newly formed consulting division, AMG Strategic Advisors.

Prior to Griffin, Carrie was a Principal at The Cambridge Group, a demand-based growth strategy consultancy where she focused on the consumer products industry. She was also a founding Principal at Archstone Consulting, a private-equity backed strategy and operations consulting firm, where Carrie led the Global Strategy and Organization practice. Prior to Archstone, Carrie spent 12 years at A.T. Kearney. During her time at A.T. Kearney, Carrie held positions of increasing responsibility within the Strategy and Transformation practice, last serving as Vice President.
